Refund policy
We accept returns of most merchandise for any reason as long as you contact us first for a return authorization and you postmark the return within 30 days of receipt.
If the fault is ours -- we mailed the wrong item or the item is damaged/defective -- we will do our best to correct the problem at our expense or refund in full. If we ask you to return a damaged or defective item, we will pay the cost of return shipping.
Otherwise, new merchandise must be returned in new condition. All items we send you must be returned unused by you and with any original manufacturer's packaging and enclosures. Books must be returned in new/unread condition. Due to copyright issues, we cannot accept returns of opened patterns, opened CDs, opened DVDs, or opened software.
We will issue a full or partial refund upon receipt of your return.
We will refund the full price you paid for the items you return, less a fee of $4.99 for orders that shipped with our SmartShip Free shipping option. If your order included a shipping charge, we do not refund that shipping charge. To qualify for this refund, you must return all items in original condition and complete with all original manufacturer's packaging and enclosures.
We can email a postage pre-paid return shipping label for you to print. If you choose that option, we will also deduct the actual cost of the shipping label from your refund.
